Pricing and Investment

Below, you will be able to see a table of our pricing structure for various increments. Each table also has a list of an estimated guest count, so you can plan as best as possible for costs. Remember, each house gets an invitation (not each guest).

As a whole, we have a minimum order price of $750. If you are holding a small event, you are welcome to "combine" multiple pieces of entire event needs into one order (such as combining Save the Dates, Thank You cards, Bridal Shower invitations, plus Wedding invitations). We have a low minimum quantity of any card printed (we require 5 or more), we also recommend ordering in sets of 5 or so.

The pricing grid below only shows occasional increments so you can see estimated pricing. If you want 65, we can do 65. If you want acrylic invitations, plus save the dates, thank you cards, and also some bridal shower invitations... you don't need to reach $750 each time. If you order all the pieces at once, I will design & print them "in order" of when you need them & you'll pay just 1 invoice with just 1 minimum.

If you're still looking for a few options to help boost your order total over the minimum, consider adding ribbon or twine, wax seals, envelope liners, or vellum overlays to your order. They all vary in price depending on options selected, but it's safe to estimate at least $2 per suite, per add-on. So if you wanted to add on ribbon, a wax seal, and an envelope liner to your micro-wedding package of 20 invitations, you would be looking at approximately $120 (20 suites with $6 of add-ons).

Every order comes with the following:

  • Fully customized design, based on inspiration photos you send to us. Feel free to send as many as you like! Break down exactly what you love, like, dislike, and hate about each photo!

  • High quality control, with personal hand inspection of every piece.

  • "Free" sales tax and free shipping! Both are already included in our pricing. What we quote you includes tax and shipping! That could easily save you $100 or more!

  • A real invoice, and contract! While you're welcomed to pay with paypal, venmo, and the like --- we do send you a real invoice through a secure platform. We want you to be confident when you're working with us; a real invoice and contract keeps our relationship on track during the entire process.

  • Free Envelopes! Your standard mailing envelope and RSVP envelope are included, no charge! Custom matched envelopes are usually at least $3 per set (main envelope + RSVP). That's at least $150 saved for a 100 guest wedding.

  • Free addresses on your envelopes! No need for you to write or print on each envelope. We'll do that for you. This includes RSVP envelopes, the return address on standard guest envelopes, the delivery address on guest envelopes, even the informal name listing for Aunt Amy and Uncle Ulysses on inner envelopes (if you choose to utilize inner envelopes). This will save you hours of hand cramps. Even if you're "fast" and can address a full envelope plus an RSVP envelope in under 1 minute, you're still saving at least an hour of time for a 100 guest wedding.

  • Fully assembled and stuffed-in-the-envelope suites, complete with pockets & folders, ribbons & twine, even wax seals (as applicable). This will save you hours of crafting stress. If you're able to fully assemble invitations, tie bows, and stuff an envelope in 1 minute.. you're still saving at least another hour of time for a 100 guest wedding. Plus, no clean up time!

  • US Postage on each envelope! Yes, that's right. Postage stamps in the correct amount on every RSVP envelope and main mailing envelope. Did you know the average postage for a full wedding invitation suite is about $2 each?! When reviewing the pricing, remember that with Cashmore Designs your postage is included :) That's another savings of at least $100 for a 100 guest wedding

That's over $350 included in every order. So that $750 minimum order is pretty close to only $400 plus a few extra hours of your own to do what you want! (Not to mention less stress)

Premium Print Options

Below are price sheets for premium printing such as letterpress, thermography, white ink, and acrylic.

Letterpress printing involve a custom machined metal stamping plate, which then presses ink into the paper, so the letters are recessed into the paper's face. You can feel the indentations and your move your fingers over the letters.

Thermography is a printing process that uses ink, pigmented powders, and heat to print letters on top of the paper. As with letterpress, you can feel the letters as your glide your fingers over them, but these letters are raised slightly.

Acrylic invitations are only able to be printed with white ink. They will arrive in boxes for individual shipment to your guests, but postage is not included automatically since it varies based on delivery addresses. If you are seeking boxed invitations, please understand postage will need to be quoted separately (unless you will be hand delivering the invitations).

Premium print options are not able to be upgraded to magnets, due to the printing methods required. Thermographic single-color vellum overlays are also available as an add-on to your order. Please contact us for pricing, as it varies dramatically.

Single Cards & Announcements

We also offer single cards, such as Thank You cards, announcements, holiday cards, etc. Most of these, again, come fully assembled and stuffed in addressed envelopes, with US postage applied to the envelopes. If you are electing to have generic pre-printed thank you notes, they will come stuffed and ready to send. If you are order blank cards, in order to write custom notes to guests in, they will not come stuffed. The envelopes will still be addressed (if addresses are given), and US postage will be applied to envelopes that have addresses.

We also offer single cards, such as Thank You cards, announcements, holiday cards, etc. Most of these, again, come fully assembled and stuffed in addressed envelopes, with US postage applied to the envelopes. If you are electing to have generic pre-printed thank you notes, they will come stuffed and ready to send. If you are order blank cards, in order to write custom notes to guests in, they will not come stuffed. The envelopes will still be addressed (if addresses are given), and US postage will be applied to envelopes that have addresses.

Please note: custom designed orders have an additional, one time, $700 custom design fee, which is not included in the minimum order. Minimum total charge for a custom designed suite is $1,450. This fee covers the average cost of procuring new type-setting fonts, drawing or painting designs, digitizing new designs, and creating custom layouts. On average, it takes about 60 hours to fully design a custom invitation suite, before printing, trimming, and assembling.

Semi-Custom or pre-designed suites do not have a design fee, since the work to create the design was completed & paid for by another client. Edits cannot be made to semi-custom suites, besides updating wording (names, venues, dates, and the like).
